YUM! These rolo cookies are a sure-fire hit. The crispy outside and chewy center make it almost impossible to eat just one. A favorite among my friends, family, and coworkers, I've received many requests for these little treats. I've tried peanut butter cups and white chocolate chips with the dough as well, but Rolos make it most delicious. Who knew Rolos could could get any better?

I didn't know you made these!? I don't think I've ever tried them, but you know how I feel about caramels (and cookies for that matter).
What a great idea. I've made them with pb cups but not rollos. definitely something to try.
